Senior Technician (work location : Sukabumi, Indonesia)

Job responsibilities:

• Liaise and facilitate problem solving and decision making in any technical related issues in production.
• Establish and deliver functional excellence through providing high level support and expertise in manufacturing processes.
• Monitor production closely and provide technical support when needed to ensure quality meets specifications.
• Develop clear understanding on brand requirements and close partnership with the factories. Coach factories and liaise their understanding of the brand to elevate product & service standards.
• Proactively foreseen and resolve any potential production issues, balance cost effective production approach and brand’s requirements.
• Timely follow-up, monitor process and progress of product approval to hit deadlines.
• Collaboration with HK sourcing team, QA and other cross-functional departments through production execution.
• Drive for product and process improvement and consistent execution. Encourage best practice sharing.

Requirements:

• At least 7 years experience in a similar capacity and experience working in both factory and buying office is preferable. Proven track record is a must.
• Utilize garment manufacturing knowledge to execute in the most effective and efficient way, especially in technical skill for functional outerwear / Down Jacket / Seam Seal outerwear
• Excellent decision making skill, self-initiative and organized
• Able to communicate effectively and fluency in English, both oral and written.
• Good computer knowledge in email & MS applications.
• Tailoring background would be the best option.
• Able to relocate nearby to company facilities (Sukabumi, Indonesia)
• Extremely mobility to work in another city in Indonesia in consideration of business needs.
